Quality and Environment Technician

What will your responsibilities be?
- Develop and implement procedures, work instructions, and indicators to achieve established quality criteria.
- Enhance culture, processes, and review methods.
- Train organization personnel on procedures and tools related to operational control and environmental management.
- Support in the development of internal and external audits.
- Assist in defining and monitoring compliance with objectives.
- Aid in identifying and monitoring risks and opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate indicators.
- Analyze customer complaints and claims, propose actions, and follow up.
- Supervise compliance with quality and environmental plans for the projects we undertake.
- Manage generated waste.
- Analyze and monitor incidents and non-conforming products.
- Identify and evaluate applicable legal requirements.
- Analyze process performance and lead improvement plans related to operational control and environmental management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in implementing quality and environmental systems.
- Knowledge of Quality and Environmental Management. Desirable training in quality management (ISO 9001) and Environment (ISO 14001).
- Experience in the electrical sector.
- Advanced level of English.
- Experience in the aerospace and/or nuclear sectors is a plus.
- Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training.
